A conversion of main mill into 49 apartments and 12 New build houses
Acting as sub contactors – Addis Construction provided all Groundworks, Hard Landscaping, Retaining walls , Concrete Slabs , Rockerys , Drainage, Services , Roads & Car Parks .
Foundation to DPC were also provided on all new builds.
New Build Detached House - Oxenhope
Addis Construction provided all groundworks and retaining wall and building of house shell for this 4 bedroomed detatched house with double garages in Oxenhope ,Keighley West Yorkshire.
