Demolition of old building ( ex Nursing Home) , to be restructured as 17 Apartments for Elderly Resdents. Addis Construction are acting as Main Contactors , seeing the project though from the demoltion stage, through to completion.

A conversion of main mill into 49 apartments and 12 New build houses
Acting as sub contactors – Addis Construction provided all Groundworks, Hard Landscaping, Retaining walls , Concrete Slabs , Rockerys , Drainage, Services , Roads & Car Parks .Foundation to DPC were also provided on all new builds.

Addis Construction provided all groundworks and retaining wall and building of house shell for this 4 bedroomed detatched house with double garages in Oxenhope ,Keighley West Yorkshire.
